Quick Follow-Up & Quotation
Once we receive your request, one of our agents will contact you within 1 hour via email or mobile, based on your preferred contact method.
Receive Your Quotation
After speaking with you, we will send you a precise quotation within 30 minutes, including all necessary service details.
Confirm & Schedule
If you're happy with the quotation: Confirm your acceptance and share your preferred date and time.
Cleaning Service Delivery
Our professional cleaning team will arrive as scheduled and complete your cleaning service.
Satisfaction Check
Once cleaning is completed: If satisfied, we proceed with invoicing. If not satisfied, we re-clean to meet your expectations.
Invoice & Payment
After the service: An invoice will be sent to your registered email address. Payment is due within 2 working days.
For regular or recurring cleaning: Service continues according to the service agreement agreed upon by both parties.

Service Agreement
- All cleaning services require acceptance of our terms before commencement
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee
- Rescheduling is free with 24+ hours notice; same-day changes may incur a $50 fee
Payment & Billing
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of each service
- We accept cash, bank transfer (EFT), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and secure digital payments
- Invoices are provided digitally via email or SMS
- Late payments may incur a 5% monthly administration fee
Minimum Payment & Terms
- A minimum service fee of $120 applies to all bookings
- Full payment is required within 5 business days of invoice date
- Bookings under $120 will be charged the minimum rate
- Recurring clients may be eligible for flexible payment arrangements upon request
Refund Policy
- Full refund available if cancellation is made 48+ hours before scheduled service
- 50% refund for cancellations between 24–48 hours prior to booking
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method
- Quality issues: Full refund or free re-clean if reported within 24 hours of service
